Unity Building Services, Inc. is a full service company
providing unarmed licensed guard services and a broad
range of commercial cleaning, support and maintenance
services. We are a privately owned and operated company that has been in business since 1992. We currently employ over 250 people.

Our geographical area covers the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, Westchester and New Jersey.

Unity has an excellent reputation in a highly competitive
industry. Our ability to maintain high standards is a result
of our management’s wide range of experience and skills.

Unity performs all our services as an independent contractor.
In that regard, Unity has the responsibility to pay all payroll taxes, disability insurance, worker’s compensation insurance,
liability insurance and all other charges directly or indirectly
related to the services rendered. We maintain a pool of employees from which coverage will be drawn for absenteeism
or other emergencies. Unity will furnish evidence of our
complete package insurance, which includes excess liability
insurance coverage with a $5,000,000 limit.
